I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the food was delicious and the hotel's prime location added to the overall convenience of our stay. Very friendly and welcoming in the reception (especially Ana-Maria!!!)and in the restaurant. That is a very important thing for us, so appreciate that. But the Breakfast is not the best.
Lunch and dinner is law quality. It’s clean and big portions but tasteless.
The hotel have free parking outside but unfortunately they are usually full because those people working at the hotel are using it so you need to park under the hotel on the hotel’s property but you need to pay. This is a huge minus.
They “clean” the room every day. That means they turn around your duvet and pillow, and give you new towels and take the trash. Nothing more like vacuuming or washing the table, door ect…
It’s says that mineral water is included and tea and coffee. We did complain about it but was told that this is wrong on the website. Nothing to do about. This is a huge minus since we booked this room type to not have to buy our own water and coffe. Only 2 bags of tea every day if you are lucky.

Amazing hotel!! The servers are great, friendly and funny, the food is really good, personally I enjoyed the breakfast the most. Rooms are so fancy and the catering is perfect!
